Content management System atau disingkat (CMS), adalah perangkat lunak yang memungkinkan seseorang untuk menambahkan dan atau memanipulasi(mengubah) isi dari suatu situs Web. Umumnya, sebuah CMS (Content Management System) terdiri dari dua elemen:
